This form is not required for those attending Youth Week (Aug 19-25). 

 

Please submit your name, email and date that you are attending camp and then select the activities you would like in order of preference.  A confirmation email will be sent to you saying that your information was recieved. 

If you have registered for more than one week and wish to select different activities for your second week then please complete a second form with the second week's date on that form.

If you have registered for intensive waterski camp please fill out this form to select your other activities in order of preference.
