To register your child for camp please use the forms found on the side menu.  The form will automatically be emailed to the camp registrar and you will receive confirmation at the email you write on the form.

You must fill out a registration form, a health form, and an activity form in order to register for camp. If you would prefer to download a printable copy of the forms, you can find them here.
