You can complete submit any form online by using the side menu.   

When you complete a form on our website all forms are sent via email to the camp registrar-Bernice Kerr.  You will recieve a confirmation email message at the email address that you give when you complete the form.  To reserve your spot at PBC you must submit a registration form and mail a $50 deposit to our registrar at the address below.  Please submit a camper health form and activity form as soon as possible using the side menu.

Please mail your deposit and payment to our registrar at the address below.  All fees are due on June 1, 2012.  You may pay in advance or post date your checque for that date.
