You will need to submit your social insurance number on this form so please get it before you begin. You will also need to submit a staff health form using the side menu. Why not do it now?
Please ask someone in leadership or a supervisory role at your church to complete a reference form for you. Ask them to do this on line by clicking on the side menu and submitting it through our website. If you are not involved in your church at the moment- please challenge yourself to do so. The experience that you gain and the personal development from regular church attendance and participation is important!
As we work with children, a police check is also required to work at Pleasant Bay Camp. Most police stations have a fee attached with this service but it is often free for volunteers. If you particiapted in the LIT Program last year and have not yet submitted a police check to PBC yet, please visit your local police station to commence the process.
