  • Instructions and disclaimer:
    • A completed form must be submitted to the Camp Manager for approval by the Chair of Leaseholds on the Board of Directors.
    • Approval in writing must be received from the Camp Manager before any work is commenced.
    • Applicants are responsible for acquiring any or all permits as required by the local Municipal Government and or Ontario Government Ministry laws and bylaws.
    • All construction must take place in accordance with the Campground Handbook, and Terms & Conditions, as applicable to the applicant’s Lease.
    • Upon receipt of the required Municipal and/or Ontario Government permit(s) the Lessee must provide a copy of the permit(s) to the Camp Manager before any work commences.
  • All work must be completed within 12 months of the approved date of application. No work is permitted during the months of July and August.
