Other guests are not allowed without permission of PBC representative. An additional

fee may apply.

Payment in Canadian Funds shall be made by Certified Cheque, Money Order or Cash.

Security Deposit $200.00 Due upon arrival and will be returned in full if the cottage is

clean and nothing broken or damages. The security deposit may be used in part or full

to pay for these charges.

* NSF Charge of $30.00 will apply.

Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days prior to booking. If less

than 14 days the deposit will be non-refundable. If booking is cancelled less than

7 days prior to arrival the full amount is non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for late arrival or early departures.

2. The cottage owner shall provide and maintain the cottage and make necessary


3. The Cottage Renter is responsible for cleaning the cottage before checking out to

     it’s original condition.

4. The Cottage Renter shall assume responsibility for any and all willful or negligent damages

    to the cottage and its premises.

5. The Cottage renter must have a homeowners "extended" renters rider or tenants insurance rider in place 

    for the period of this rental agreement. In addition the renter must have included with the insurance

    rider coverage ,liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00 for the term of this agreement.

6. The Cottage Owner assumes no responsibility for injury or damage/loss to personal property to the Renter

    or any guest during the term of the cottage rental.

7. Smoking is NOT permitted on the cottage premises.

8. Alcohol is NOT permitted on the cottage premises.


The cottage is equipped with three bedrooms. 1st bedroom - Queen Bed. 2nd

bedroom - 2 bunk beds. 3rd bedroom - Double Bed. Living room - 1 Double Sofa Bed.

Kitchen is equipped with Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toasster, Crockpot, dishes, pots &

pans. BBQ on back deck.

Cottage guests are responsible to bring their own sheets, blankets, pillows, sleeping

bags, towels, dishcloths and food.

A garbage bin is located on the road exiting the campground and cottagers are required

to dispose of their own garbage. Please do not leave garbage outside since our

racoons love to enjoy your leftovers.

Cottage guest are welcome to use the beach and playground. Kayaks, and canoes

may be available upon request from the office. Please feel free to join in any camp

activities and Chapel Times. Activities are posted around the campgrounds, Tuck Shop,

Public Washroom, and Chapel.
