Terms and Conditions for Registering a Seasonal Camping Site at PBC

Pleasant Bay Camp (PBC) places a high value on the privacy of your personal information. We collect personal information to provide your family and children with an excellent camp experience and understand your needs to provide you with the best service possible. Privacy Policy

Application Process: To apply for a seasonal camping site at our Christian campground, you must complete and submit an application form. The application form must be filled out completely, accurately, and truthfully. We reserve the right to reject any application that contains false or misleading information. Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and agree to abide by our Christian values and principles. We reserve the right to refuse an application or cancel a seasonal camping site agreement at any time if the applicant or their guests engage in behavior that is contrary to our Christian beliefs.

Trailer Information: Applicants must provide accurate information about their trailer, including its make, model, and dimensions. Trailers must be in good condition and meet all safety requirements.

Seasonal Camping Site Fees: Fees for seasonal camping sites are due in full at the time of registration. Payment plans may be available but must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

Site Maintenance: The seasonal camper is responsible for keeping their site clean and well-maintained. Any damage caused to the site or facilities by the camper or their guests will be the responsibility of the camper.

Campground Rules: All seasonal campers and their guests must abide by our Campground Handbook

Termination of Agreement: We reserve the right to terminate a seasonal camping site agreement at any time if the camper or their guests violate our campground rules or engage in behaviour that is detrimental to the well-being of our other campers or our campground.

Disclaimer of Liability: By registering for a seasonal camping site, the camper agrees to assume all risks associated with camping, including but not limited to personal injury and property damage. The camper agrees to indemnify and hold the campground and its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the camper's use of the seasonal camping site. The camper will have appropriate insurance on their trailer.
